All bulbs and peony roots are inspected for quality prior to shipping them to ensure you receive the best product. However, please inspect bulbs/roots upon arrival. If there are quality issues, please email info@backyard-blooms.com within 5 days to see how we can resolve any problems. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after 5 days.
